- Let Sylvan Heights be a part of your next community function! Our community outreach is perfect for festivals, community groups, special events. Community outreach includes 2-3 live birds (weather permitting), promotional materials, and informative displays. Community outreach events are available seasonally August-February and are subject to availability. There is a setup fee of $250 for community outreach, plus mileage fees ($0.75/mile within a 60-mile radius of Sylvan Heights Bird Park, $1.15/mile for locations outside a 60-mile radius of Sylvan Heights Bird Park).
