Ivory Coast Located between Ghana and Liberia, Cote d’ Ivoire is home to a wide range of modern and contemporary art. The arts community is comprised of artist from all tribal groups. The arts are largely self-supporting, although the government encourages and provides support through small grants and making outdoor markets available at reduced rates.
