Explore natural wetlands and learn how essential these habitats are to our world. Go into the wetlands to find and identify many of the amazing plants and animals that call wetlands home. Discuss the history of human impacts and current conservation practices. North Carolina Essential Standards for Science: Life Science K.L.1, 1.L.1, 1.L.2, 2.E.1, 2.L.1, 3.L.2, 4.L.1, 5.L.2 Time: 30-45 minutes Fee: $60 (up to 30 students. Additional students are $2 each.)
