Submit a Poster Request

Please complete the form below and attach the file you would like to have printed. We will contact you via email when the poster is ready to be picked up at the Joyner Library Technology & Printing Services (TPS) Desk, located on the 1st floor of Joyner Library. Please read our poster printing guidelines before submitting a request.

Posters will only be printed for ECU faculty, staff, and students for ECU business-related functions. We will not print posters for personal use. You may be questioned as to how the poster will be used. We reserve the right to refuse printing to anyone. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that any use of the ECU or ECU Health logos conform to branding standards and have been approved for use through the logo review processes.

Poster mounting is no longer offered, however, foam core boards are available for purchase for users who would like to mount their poster. Foam core boards are available for $15.00 and are 48" x 36".

Before submitting a payment through our Ustore, ProCard users are now required complete the Single Transaction Exception form which can be found at the bottom of the ProCard page of the Financial Services website.

Choose poster media type

Instant Dry Satin (Mid-Gloss) ($3.50 per square foot)
A thick paper for presentation-quality posters. Recommended for conferences, and other presentations.

Draft/Universal Bond ($1.00 per square foot)
A thin, foldable paper. Recommended for drafts, blueprints, mockups, and lower-quality posters intended for lamination.

Additional Services

Additional services can be requested for your poster. A protective poster tube can be added for an additional charge of $5.00. A foam core board for mounting purposes can be added for $15.00 and is 48" x 36".

Please note that these services cannot be purchased at pickup and must be added as part of this request before submitting.
