Faculty Parking


During the training school era, most students who were not from Greenville or Pitt County, arrived in town by train and then were transported by horse-drawn buggy to campus. By the mid-twenties, cars were becoming more commonplace and apparent on campus. Still, few students other than those who lived in town would have had a car on campus. Faculty parked near the Administration Building where their offices and classrooms were located.
