From the library entrance, proceed straight and find the stairs/elevator. Proceed to the second floor.

Upon exiting the stairwell/elevator, turn left and proceed to the end of the hall. Turn left and proceed straight to the end of the hall. Turn right and proceed straight. Stacks HM-K will be on your right.
