A letter to Mr. Debrett, being an answer to "Lucubrations during a short recess:" which pamphlet contains a plan for altering the representation of the people. To which is added, dedicated to the Right Hon. Wm. Pitt, a plan for the immediate payment of the national debt, to be inserted in his bill for amending the representation, that the whole may for a complete system.
