Spalding law of sewers, in hæc verba, for enlarging Shire-Drain, alias Clows-Cross-Drain: being the original contract made betwixt South-Holland and Wisbech-Hundred, ... and Sir Tho. Cecil, and many other owners of North-Level, then called Thorney-Fens, &c. By which law only North-Level drains by Shire-Drain, which now they would claim to be theirs, and exclude the original owners therefrom.
