The upright and steady friends to the Ripon bill, are thus called upon, to caution all persons, who by their signatures or otherwise have sanctioned that measure, to be upon their guard, and avoid giving any countenance to the proposals made by the mayor for lighting the town, as they fall infinitely short of the objects embraced by the proposed bill.
