State of the case betwixt Andrew Jamieson merchant in Edinburgh, and Thomas and John Gillespies, which was signed by the Lord Kilkerran, and the lawiers [sic] on both sides, and laid before Mr. George Auchterlony, and Messieurs Campbell and Bruce, merchants in London, and Messieurs Alexander Arbuthnot and John Coutts merchants in Edinburgh, for their opinion; conform to, and in terms of, an interlocutor of the Lords of Council and Session, dated 23d November 1748, after-mentioned.
