Summary This report describes the activities of DoD personnel, both civilian and military, in Shots ABLE, BAKER, CHARLIE, and DOG, the first Operation TUMBLER-SNAPPER shots, conducted from 1 April to 1 May 1952. These tests involved participants from Exercise Desert Rock IV, AFSWP, AFSWC, and an AEC nuclear weapons development laboratory. Radiological safety activities at each shot are also described.
