Summary This report describes the activities of DoD military and civilian personnel in the final two events of Operation BUSTER-JANGLE, Shots SUGAR and UNCLE, conducted on 19 November and 29 November 1951. DoD personnel in the scientific projects conducted by the test units in Exercises Desert Rock II and III. Radiological safety criteria and procedures were established and implemented during Operation BUSTER-JANGLE to minimize participants' exposure to radiation.
