Memorial of the president, directors and company for erecting a permanent bridge over the river Schuylkill at or near the city of Philadelphia : remonstrating against certain alterations prayed for by the West Philadelphia Canal Company in an act entitled An act to authorise the Governor to incorporate a company to make a canal round the western abutment of the permanent bridge over the river Schuylkill at the city of Philadelphia, passed the 4th April, 1831.
