This interim report considers improvements for flood control and incidental benefits and is submitting in partial response to a resolution of the Committee on Flood Control, House of Representatives, adopted on May 29, 1946, requesting a review of report on the Susquehanna River and tributaries, with a view to determining whether any modifications of the recommendations contained therein with respect to the West Branch and its tributaries are advisable at this time.
