Bradford : we, the undersigned worsted spinners, being desirous of promoting a legislative enactment, to diminish and limit the hours of labour in worsted mills, and to effect other regulations connected therewith, request the attendance of the trade generally, at the Talbot Inn, in Bradford, on Monday, the 22nd day of Nov. 1830, at four o'clock in the afternoon, to take into consideration the propriety of the above object / Matthew Thompson [and others].
