An appendix to the Treatise on agistment tithe : containing copies at large of the bill, answers, and decree in the Court of Exchequer, Easter term, 1774, in the cause of Bateman against Aistrup, and others, for the tithe of the agistment of sheep, and of barren and unprofitable cattle : to which is added a copy of the orignial endowment, under which the plaintiff's right to those tithes was claimed and allowed, and also a copy of his whole bill of costs, from the commencement to the conclusion of the cause, with explanatory notes and observations on the whole / by Tho.
