Protest or dissent of Thomas Henchman, and Randle Jackson, Esqrs : delivered into the Committee of By-laws, of the East India Company, against rescinding certain resolutions for preventing proprietors from voting upon their own contracts, or upon questions in which they have a direct pecuniary interest, and for securing to the proprietors at large their right of appeal, by way of ballot, from the determination of a majority present at any general court.
