A proposal to prevent the common tippling of spiritous liquors : in such manner as shall not any ways prejudice the publick revenue : as also, means to encourage the exportation of manufactur'd spirits for foreign markets, without any new tax upon the people, other than the sellers thereof shall willingly agree to pay among themselves for that purpose.
