Condescendence of the possession and exercise of the regalities of Douglas, Bothwell, Buncle and Preston, Kerriemuir, Dudhope, Abernethy, Jedburgh-Forest, Selkirk, and constabulary of Dundee, claimed by His Grace Archibald Duke of Douglas; which haill regalities and constabulary are all constituted by grants from the Crown, and ratifications in Parliament; so the condescendence is made only to stop the negative prescription or disuse.
