Essay on the European method of cultivating and managing hemp and flax : With hints on the propriety of introducing the same into the British possessions in the East Indies; and on some improvements which may be made there on the treatment of these plants. To which are added, observations on the importance of these articles to Great Britain, and on the expediency of encouraging the cultivation thereof in the East Indies, as the most certain means of affording us an ample supply of them.
