The last speech and dying words of Thomas Schaw who was in His Majesty's service in Colonel Churchill's regiment of dragoons for this six years last past, who was executed on Saturday the 8th of August 1724, for barbarously murdering one Mary Garside of Walton, near Wakefield in the county of York.
