A Proclamation. Captain Dasher, from the camp of Mars, now beating up for recruits in this Court of Venus, being on an expedition to the island of love, will give the highest bounty to a few plump, spirited, blooming, black or blue-eyed, snowy-breasted, and nimble virgins.
