A form of prayer : To be used in all churches and chapels throughout the Kingdom of England, Dominion of Wales, and town of Berwick upon Tweed: on Wednesday the fourth day of April, being the fast-day appointed by proclamation, to be observed in a most Solemn and devout manner: For imploring the continuance of a blessing from Almighty God upon Her Majesty, and Her Allies, engaged in the present war: and for restoring and perpetuating peace, safety and prosperity to us and our kingdoms, and the nations and states in alliance with us; and disappointing the boundless ambition of France.
