The public eye has always been fixed with peculiar attention on the conduct of their representatives, whenever the important question of pensions has been agitated: -it may be called, The darling child of national hope, but always, until now, stisled in the cradle.-when, at lengh, an auspicious and unexpected crisis, has brough it to maturity, -with what eagerness must the constituent enquire into the coduct of his representative, especially, on the eve of a general election. The pension list of this improverished country, amounts, at this day, to Đ103,000. The following is a correct list of the gentlemen who voted for and against a pension-bill, on Monday, the 9th instant.
