At a general meeting of the citizens of Cork, held at the Council-Chamber on Frid... the 23d of March 1787, convened by the Mayork, pursuant to public advertisement, the following rules for the establishment of a dispensary, with an Humane Society for the recovery of persons apparently drowned, to be annexed thereto, were unanimously agreed to, as also that printed statements of these useful charities, should be published, to be circulated and dispersed for the information of the public in general, resident in this city, and in the county at large.
