A Supplement to all the common almanacks : Containing things for every month in the year, which all the common almanacks ought to mention, and yet none of them speak a word of. With several other things useful to be known, which no other book extant takes any notice of. This book is given gratis up one pair of stairs at the sign of Dr. Chamberlen's famous Anodyne necklace for children's teeth, fits, fevers, convulsions, &c. over against Deverens-Court without Temple Bar. And by the author's servant R. Bradshaw, at his house, the Golden Key in Bambrige-street, near Russel-street end, St. Giles's in fields. Who has all the things mentioned in this book, and the treatise on the secret disease that is also given gratis, always ready by him fresh prepared, to furnish any person that shall apply to him by letter messenger, or otherwise, as ordered in the next page.
