An act for vesting diverse messuages and hereditaments in the city of London, the settled estate of Elizabeth Brett, wife of Charles Brett, Esq; in the said Charles Brett and his heirs, discharged from the uses of his marriage settlement; and for settling another estate in the county of Middlesex, of greater value, in lieu thereof, to the uses limited of the said settled estate.
