At a legal meeting of the freeholders and other inhabitants of the town of Boston, at Faneuil-Hall, May 14, 1782 : and continued by adjournment to the 22d of said May. Voted, that the selectmen be directed to publish in hand-bills the regulations ... in consequence of a report of the committee appointed to audit the town-treasurer's accompts ...
