Philadelphia, January 29, 1761. Advertisement : All persons settled in the proprietaries manor of Springton, are to take notice, that their plantations will certainly be exposed to sale, at public vendue, unless they come and agree with us the subscribers, the proprietaries agents, for their manors and appropriated tracts, on or before the first day of May next.
