General noteThe calculations for the months are typographically identical with those in Mills and Hicks's British and American register, with an almanack for the year 1774, attributed to Benjamin West. Other portions of the text are typographically identical with Biskerstaff's Boston almanack, for the year of our redemption 1774, also published by Mills and Hicks, and containing the same cuts as appear here.
General noteWith relief cut (Reilly 1051) entitled "A war canoe of New Zealand," and signed "J.C." [i.e., Joseph Callender]; and cuts of New Zealand natives and the man of signs (Reilly 1052, 1053, and 1807). Printed area measures 52.4 x 41.8 cm.
