By the Honourable Spencer Phips, Esq; ... A proclamation : Whereas the Great and General Court or assembly of this province did at their session held in November last, make and pass an act, entitled, "An act for allowing necessary supplies to the Eastern Indians, and for regulating trade with them, preventing persons hunting on the eastward of Saco River, or trading with them, other than the truck-masters chosen by the General Court ... Given at the Council-chamber in Boston, the thirteenth day of April, 1753.
