An ordinance established by the mayor, recorder, alder-men and assistants of the city of New-York conven'd in Common-Council : For the laying the duty and impost of three shillings upon each half barrel of flower, and twelve pence upon each hundred weight of brisket which shall be imported within the city of New-York, after the first of October next.
