Committee room, June 18, 1779 : At a meeting of the committee of the third battalion district, of the county of Philadelphia, commanded by Col. Benjamin M'Veaugh, being desirous of following the laudable example of our worthy citizens and fellow sufferers, in the city of Philadelphia ... thereto have resolved upon the following regulations to continue until the first day of July.
