Scheme of a lottery to raise the sum of four thousand pounds : agreeably to an act of the legislature of the state of New-Jersey, passed the 24th November, 1790, for the purpose of laying out and improving the roads and causeways between the town of Newark, in the county of Essex, and Paules-Hook Ferry, in the county of Bergen, in said state.
