The Committee of Elections, to whom was referred the petition of Henry Latimer, of New-Castle County, in the state of Delaware, complaining of the undue election of John Patton, of Kent County, in the said state, returned a member of this House, and praying to be admitted to a seat in this House, as the representative of the said state, report.
