Albany, April 4th, 1807 : The following correspondence appeared orginally [sic] in the Albany register of the 5th ult. A month has since elapsed, but we hear of no explanation from Mr. Livingston. He is once more challenged to refute the charges I have brought against him, or stand convicted of a dereliction of the Republican interest. The editor.
