Report of the committee appointed on the eighteenth instant : to enquire whether the monies drawn from the Treasury of the United States, on account of the Marine Corps, from the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight, to the end of the year one thousand eight hundred and three, have been faithfully applied to the public service, in conformity to existing laws : 29th February, 1804, read, and ordered to be committed to a committee of the whole House on Monday next.
