Pennsylvania capitol : The Commissioners for Erecting a State Capitol on the public ground at Harrisburg, invite architects to exhibit to them plans and elevations for the contemplated building, at any time previous to the fifteenth of April next. A premium of four hundred dollars will be given for the plan that shall be adopted by the board.
