Sir, the building for the Virginia Museum, in this city is now nearly completed : and the establishment will, we flatter ourselves, be opened early the ensuing summer. : It is our wish to have annual exhibitions of the works of art ... Many artists have productions on hand, which they would like to dispose of, in Richmond.
