Abstract This guide was developed for woodwind repair courses. The material was devised for a student who has no previous experience with instrument repair and covers methods of repair for all of the woodwind instruments in use today. The first section of the book teaches the basic repair procedures for woodwind instruments. The sections following the information on the clarinet describe special repair problems found on each of the other major woodwind families of instruments; namely the flute, saxophone, bassoon, and oboe.
