Outer continental shelf : Hearings before the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs, United States Senate, Eighty-third Congress, first session, on S. 1901, a bill to provide for the jurisdiction of the United States over the submerged lands of the outer continental shelf, and to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to lease such lands for certain purposes ; S. 1901 amendment, to provide that the revenues shall be used only for national defense, national security, and as grants-in-aid of primary, secondary, and higher education.
