| Summary | Annotation The goal of this series of workshops is to develop high power, high efficiency, low cost RF power sources and auxiliary components to use with future TeV-level linear colliders. About half of the papers concern recent developments in klystron technology over the frequency range from 1-17 GHz. New results are also presented on gyrotrons, gyroklystrons, gyroharmonic converters, and on the development of two- beam accelerators. Auxiliary topics covered include modulators, pulse compression, power extraction, windows, electron guns, and gun codes. No subject index. Annotation copyright by Book News, Inc., Portland, OR |
