Summary The current study aims to fill a gap in the research on aggression in the workplace and the presence of workaholism. Past research does not answer the more specific question of what the relationship, if any, is between workaholism and aggression. We hoped to add to the existing body of knowledge on aggression and workaholism by exploring the connection between workaholism, aggression, and perfectionism. A survey containing three self-report measures of the study variables was provided to a sample of white-collar employees from various businesses. Findings supported previous research on the relationship between workaholism and perfectionism. Additionally, new relationships between aggressive behavior and the other study variables were found. Implications related to the study findings and avenues for future research are also explored.
