| Abstract | For the last few weeks, Greg has been bothered by an pending court case regarding an incident where he ran a stop sign and a police officer discovered a considerable amount of cannabis in Greg’s car. Greg considers this legal matter to be a minor incident that has been blown out of proportion. However, Greg faces possible jail time or a court-mandated rehabilitation treatment. The uncertainty of his future and the possibility of this legal infraction on his record has caused Greg considerable anxiety. Greg now worries about the consequences for his employment, relationship and personal life. Greg further worries that he will be forced to stop smoking marijuana, which he uses to help alleviate anxiety. |
