The monstrous injustice and unmercifulness of Nicholas Trott, : late governour of the Bahama-Islands in America is herein manifested: first, by his obstinate inexorableness to the inserted petitionary addresses made to him by Thomas Bvlkley ... Second, by his incouraging and abetting a conspiracy of Jones and his trayterous confederates to destroy the said evidence and prosecutor for the King ... Third, by his corruptly denying legal process against them when demanded in the Kings name and behalf, and by promoting their escape from demerited punishment, for their presumptuous offences.
