The declaration and vindication of Isaack Pennington, now Lord Mayor of the citie of London, of Colonell Ven, Captain Manwaring and Mr. Fowke. : Wherein is set forth their loyaltie to His Majestie, and the integritie of their proceedings in serving the King and Parliament.
