A True relation of two merchants of London, who were taken prisoners by the cavaliers, : and of the barbarous cruellty inflicted on them and other prisoners during the time of their captivity, which lasted eight dayes. Also the maner of their examination before Prince Robert, together with the great familiarity of Dr. Soames, Vicar of Staynes, with the cavaliers and of their familiarty [sic] with his daughters. As also of the good service of Colonell Venne, at Windsor. The said merchants who indured almost ineffable misery being gentlemen both of good account and quality, will be ready vpon their oathes to give an attestation of it.
