In 2006, she became chief operating officer and president of Our Stories Films, and, in 2013, she launched ALRIGHT TV. Edmonds produced a number of films and television shows, including Soul Food, Punks, College Hill, Lil' Kim: Countdown to Lockdown, DMX: Soul of a Man, Light It Up, Josie and the Pussycats, Good Luck Chuck, Who's Your Caddy?, New in Town, and Jumping the Broom. She has won numerous awards, including Ebony magazine's Outstanding Women in Marketing & Communications Entrepreneur Award, and the Caucus for Television Producers, Writers and Directors Diversity Award. Edmonds was honored at the Genii Awards in 2016.;
