Three impressions, all printed from the same plates, have been identified through newspaper advertisements: Philadelphia, 1761 (Evans 8908); Philadelphia, 1767 (Evans 10666); and New York, 1773 (Evans 12839). Some copies of the first impression lack one or both of the asterisks on p. 50 and 165, while all copies of the other two impressions have both asterisks. A type-set subscribers' list was included with the first impression, but probably not with the other two. A type-set dedication and index were included with all impressions (re-set in each case); the first and second are distinguished from the third by the correction in the index of the misspelling "Standwich" to "Standish" in the third impression.;
