Anno regni undecimo Georgii III. Regis : At a General Assembly begun at New-Castle, in the government of the counties of New-Castle, Kent and Sussex, upon Delaware, the twentieth day of October, in the eleventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great-Britain, &c. Annoque domini 1771, and continued by adjournment to the thirteenth of June following, the following acts were passed.
